Set Up and Use the Bus Planner Parent Portal
🚨 You will not receive a notification when transportation is assigned
Parents/guardians are responsible for setting up a Bus Planner Parent Portal account and checking it regularly.
- Register by June 30 to receive busing information by mid-August. Registrations after this date will not be guaranteed busing for the first day of school
- Assignments can change until the first day of school and throughout the school year–This is normal, please log in regularly to stay updated
How to Set Up Your Bus Planner Parent Portal
- Visit the Bus Planner Parent Portal
- Create an account (if you don’t have one)
- Add your child using their Student ID from PowerSchool
Having trouble adding your child to your Parent Portal?
If your child was just pre-registered for the new school year, it can take a few days for their Student ID to be recognized in the system. Please wait, and try again later!
What You’ll See in the Parent Portal
Once your child has been assigned transportation, you'll be able to view:
- Bus number
- Pick-up and drop-off location
- Pick-up and drop-off times
- Scan records (after your child begins riding the bus)
✔️ We recommend checking your Parent Portal weekly during the school year.
✔️ Make sure your contact info is correct in PowerSchool to receive any emailed updates.
If your address needs to be updated:
– During the school year, contact your child’s school directly
– During summer break, call 780-955-6025 and ask for the Data Team
